There is a growing proliferation of resources for learning another language ranging from smartphone applications to online communities and classroom instruction. If you have never checked this out, you can start on this site by using the Google Translate option at the right side of this screen. Just go to any interesting article on this site and use the drop-down menu to choose the language that interests you. If you wish to continue doing so on other sites, just add an extension to your browser such as the Google Translate extension for Chrome.
